Missed Appointments
It is the policy of this office that when a new patient misses their initial appointment, they are automatically dismissed.

If an established patient misses a scheduled appointment, the date
is documented in the patient’s chart. After three appointments are missed, a warning letter will be sent. A dismissal letter is sent after the fourth missed appointment.

Appointment times are reserved for the child and if you do not show up or call to cancel the appointment, we are unable to see another child at that allotted time.
