Our insurance department is committed to being your advocate in
the sometimes stressful struggle with insurance companies.
Charges for office visits and procedures are determined by the time spent and vary with the severity or complexity of the problem. Our fees are competitive with other pediatric practices in the southern Indiana/ greater Metro Louisville area. In order to keep costs down, payment is requested at the time of services rendered. We understand that this may be difficult at times, and such situations
can be discussed frankly and confidentially with Rosie Nolot, head
of our insurance department. No child will ever be refused
treatment as long as the parents are making a reasonable attempt
to keep their account up-to-date.

We will file your insurance if it is a plan with which we contract, and
if the insurance plan insists, we will need to collect a copay or deductible at the time of service. Be sure to present your insurance card when you sign in at the front desk. The receptionist or the
office manager will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding your plan. Please feel free to call us to see if we participate in your particular plan.
